Help Desk/Support

The PHSD Technology Help Desk is available from 7:30am-3:30pm by submitting a ticket below or by calling 412-793-7000, Ext. 1450.When prompted choose your student's school and leave a detailed message that includes your name and phone number.  Technology Services staff will respond to your support request as quickly as possible.

 


Teachers and Staff

Employees of the district can reach out to Technology Services via the FMX Technology Requests system or by phone at extension 4357.  Phone support should be reserved for time-sensitive support requests and user authentication (password) issues.

Remote Access

During your support call, we may ask to remotely access your computer to troubleshoot your issue.  We utilize a Google product called Chrome Remote Desktop.  If your technician requests to start a remote session, please click on the link and follow the instructions below.
